A Simple Favor (Featuring Jacob Tiranno)

On the 31st episode of Piecing It Together, we are joined for a second time in a row by co-host Jacob Tiranno to talk about A Simple Favor, a mystery that comes to us from "the darker side of Paul Feig," the comedy director best known for Bridesmaids and the Ghostbusters reboot. It's a solid mystery that still manages to squeeze in plenty of Feig's style of comedy and some great performances from Anna Kendrick and Blake Lively. Puzzle pieces include Gone Girl, Big Little Lies, Lifetime movies and The Talented Mr. Ripley.

As always, SPOILER ALERT for A Simple Favor (and any other movies we discussed)!

About the Podcast

Piecing It Together Podcast
All Points West
A podcast about movies and the movies that inspired them. A good movie is the result of a large number of people both in front of and behind the camera combining to create a piece of art… But what about the movies that came before that inspired those filmmakers to make the movie? On Piecing It Together we figure out what the clear (and not so clear) influences were that make up the movies we love.
